Today’s Focus :- Imo state Recently Appointed Youth Ambassador ‘Adokiye’
Imo state Governor, Gov Rochas recently appointed female artiste Adokiye as youth ambassador for the state, and she’s also the project coordinator of “The Youth Decides” National Project
Born Adokiye Kyrian on the 29th of march to a christian family of Imo State in Oguta L.G.A and Ogu Bolo in Okrika L.G.A. of Rivers State, Nigeria. “ADOKIYE” as she is widely known is a singer and song writer whose musical style is deep rooted in the Afro-fusion genre of music.
Her passion for giving to the youth what she has gotten from the society at large, spawns over the years. Various charity works (those known to the public and those unknown) have being carried out by her.
Visit to a village in Ikota alongside Ghollywood/Nollywood’s Yvonne Nelson to distribute stationaries to the kids and money to the teachers,

Work of Charity with A US NGO Ije Africa to Obalende Village, Adokiye was an Advocate for Ije Africa, she worked with Ije Africa to promote aid to the needy.
In Obalende area of Lagos State Nigeria, She did with Ije Africa free diabetes and BP tests and gave out necessary medical needs to residents.
And also picked 3 kids from the area and vowed to support their education for 12 months. Visitation to Mother Theresa Orphanage in Abuja, and giving them food stuffs, baby wears and other stuffs, to help them live in comfort, and, working with NGOs for better access to comfort of life for kids.

It’s only natural for her to have being honored with the ‘youth ambassador for the state’ position to help her carry on in her personal quest to help the youth at large. She deserves it.
For those arguing as to why she should be honored with such, her good works coupled with her love for Education is enough for her to merit it.. Adokiye is not just a singer, she’s also a Professional Architect.
