EVENT ALERT!!!! BEAUTIFUL NUBIA KICKS OFF EMU FESTIVAL 2012
Alliance Francaise& EniObakanke Music Festival presents the third edition of the EniObanke Music Festival will kick off this week Tuesday, 13 November 2012. The event put together by Nigeria`s foremost contemporary folk and roots musician, Beautiful Nubia holds November 13- 18 with live music concerts.
It is taking place at the EniObanke Arts Center, 19 Adekunle Fajuyi Way, Ikeja GRA and to feature stars as Jimi Solanke, Orlando Juluis Ekemode and Pa Chris Ajiloamongst others.
While live performance has always been the main focus of the festival, there is a little Quist this year with the addition of festival round table talk focusing on new income streams for the modern musician which will hold November 14. Another is a Talent Night for showcasing and discovering new artistes. A celebrity soccer event is also going to take place; all this are to come up at the EniObanke Arts Center.
The festival will properly commence at the Amphitheater, OAU, Ile Ife and to be followed by another at Ibadan the following day, 17th. The festival will be rounded off in Lagos with a grand finale on Sunday, November 18.
