OLU MAINTAIN’S MOM AND NINE OTHERS DROPPED FROM SUPERMOM

JULIUS AGWU, SKALES, COBHAMS, ARA’S MOTHERS STILL IN CONTENTION



Olu Maintain’s mother is among the 10 celebrity mothers that failed to make the final lists in the on-going Supermom’s Celebrity Edition.  The mother of the Yahooze  singer alongside nine others were dropped due to poor votes by viewers. Other celebrities whose mothers were dropped following the decision of the viewers through votes  include  Branama Queen, Kefee; actress, Foluke Daramola; foremost Disc Jockey, DJ Humility; comedian, Seyi Law; hip hop artiste,  filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan; Nollywood producer, Chico Ejiro; actors Femi Adebayo and Binta Ayo Mogaji.

Of the 20 celebrity Supermoms that made it into the show, ten celebrity mothers have been voted as having the strongest and most touching stories. The ten finalists, according to a statement from the producers, Digital Interactive Media, are the mothers of musi-comedian and entertainer extraordinaire, Julius Agwu; visually impaired songwriter-producer, Cobhams; Contemporary Gospel singer, Kenny Saint Best; Fuji music star, Obesere; On-Air-personality, Yaw; sensational talking drummer, Ara; and  Empire Mates Entertainment debutante, Skales. The other finalists are the mothers of one half of enduring hip hop duo, Artquake, Ice K; Platinum-haired bombshell, Tony Tetuila and highlife revivalist, Flavour.
