James Blunt is not dead; Update: Blunt Confirms He Is Alive
A bogus website that ripped off CNN’s logo and look is falsely reporting that James Bunt is dead. The 35-year-old “You Are Beautiful” singer was the subject of another death hoax.
Benkling.com reported that Blunt was taken to a Los Angeles hospital on Thursday after suffering cardiac arrest. Doctors attempted to resuscitate the singer but unfortunately, Blunt passed away at the UCLA Medical Center at 2:26 in the afternoon.
The fake story even quoted CNN Analyst Roland S. Martin. Martin reportedly talked to Blunt’s brother Marlon Blunt and Blunt’s manager Frank Dileo. Roland Martin didn’t say:
The story, of course, is fake. James Blunt is not dead. But if he is, according to the singer, the afterlife looks a lot like London. Blunt read about the death rumor and decided to post a funny message to Facebook.
