PHOTOS OF ICE PRINCE AT THE BET AWARDS 2013

Multiple award winning rapper, Panshak Zamani, better known as Ice Prince emerged winner of the “Best International Act – Africa” award at the 2013 edition of the BET Awards which held in Los Angeles, USA on June 30, 2013.

Ice Prince beat former BET winner and music icon, 2face Idibia, Toya Delazy (South Africa), Donald (South Africa), R2Bees (Ghana) and Radio and Weasel (Uganda).

Music fans will see the hiphop star receive his coveted award at the TV premiere of the BET Awards 13 tonight, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 9PM on BET.

Let's kick this off with one of the best looking couples of the night. Before he accepted his Humanitarian Award for his work with his Wade's World Foundation, Dwyane Wade escorted his "Beautiful Black Queen" (as he called her during his acceptance speech) Gabrielle Union down the red carpet.

Ice Prince Wins Best African Act At BET Awards

Seems he is beginning to enjoy his VIP status…. Chocolate City rapper Ice Prince has won the award for ‘Best African Act‘ at the 2013 edition of the BET Awards.

Ice Prince was awarded the coveted prize early this morning at the BET Broadcast Centre a few hours before the awards proper kicks off at the Nokia Theatre L.A. live in Los Angeles , California.

Last year, he lost the award to Wizkid and Sarkodie but it’s no small feat this year beating former winner and fellow Nigerian 2face Idibia, Toya Delazy from South Africa, Donald (South Africa), R2Bees (Ghana) and Radio and Weasel (Uganda).

Ice Prince becomes the fourth Nigerian artiste to win the award since 2face and D’banj jointly won it in 2011 and Wizkid in 2012.
